Cut : Five Marys Pork Butt
5 pound Five Marys Farms pork butt
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
- Set the grill to 250 degrees F.
- Rub the pork with kosher salt and cracked black pepper.
- Cook 4 hours. Remove the meat and wrap tightly in heavy duty foil.
- Add 1/2 cup water to the pack.
- Return to the grill for an additional 4 hours.
- Allow to rest 15-20 minutes before shredding.
