Welcome to the family, Gilly! If you missed it in my stories, Francie & Tess had been begging for a long-haired dachshund for their September birthdays… it’s the unofficial accessory pup for rodeo barrel racers everywhere. 😂 Brian had found this pup way before Dixie died (I was not ready for a replacement yet!) and she arrived at the last rodeo ready for her new home. She was born at high school rodeo nationals this summer in Gillette, Wyoming… so Gilly stuck (pronounced like Jilly).
