Blogs are an awesome way to share your story to a wide audience. The best part is that they are SEARCHABLE. Unlike instagram captions, when you spend time writing blog posts, people can quickly search and look back on them. When you find people are curious about the same topic (i.e. why you started farming), a blog post where you answered this in depth is an easy resource to point them to.
