Ingredients :
Five Marys Pork Spare Ribs or Baby Back Ribs
1/3 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
1 sweet onion, quartered
M5 spice rub (or sea salt, place pepper, red pepper flakes, rosemary and thyme).
Instructions :
- Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar in bowl
- Add spare ribs and quartered onions to your crockpot or slow cooker and cover with sauce.
- Sprinkle M5 spice rub and a little extra dry brown sugar on top.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
- Remove from slow cooker when meat is falling off the bone, slice ribs, and ENJOY!
